Mistia Fallon

After retiring from touring professionally, as a headliner, on several major cruise lines, Mistia explored renting space from gymnastic facilities to launch an aerial program. Mistia discovered that many USAG gymnastic facilities were adding aerial classes to their programming without safety standards, structural integrity and/or curriculums with pedagogy or skills adaptable to multiple demographics. Mistia set out on a mission to create a safer aerial industry. In 2016 Mistia joined the USAG, the American Youth Circus Organization, American Circus Educators, and the American Circus Alliance, later becoming a board member for the ACE Insurance committee with the intention of changing the guidelines for safety and policy in aerial studios and gyms nationwide. The Dragonfly Aerial Company now shares licensed programming worldwide, providing guidance from structural rigging to truss installs to detailed curriculums and program value adds. Dragonfly also produces an annual professional audition event, Elevate Pro Aerial, which brings together hiring parties from all over the world.  Dragonfly Aerial Company can help you, too, build a safety-focused, profitable aerial program.
